Is there a Browserbase for mobile apps?

Yes. Browserbase gives an AI agent a browser in the cloud, so it can use websites. Axilio gives an agent a real Android phone in the cloud, so it can use mobile apps, including the many that have no website and no public API, and the web in the phone's own browser.

They don't compete: many agent jobs cross both, and you can use the two side by side.

Browserbase details checked October 4, 2026 from its own site and docs.

A browser vs a phone

A cloud browser reaches the web. A cloud phone reaches the apps that only exist on a phone.

Which one to use

Pick by where the job lives.

2.0Choosing

01

The job lives on the web

Use a cloud browser such as Browserbase when you need many headless browsers at once.

02

The job lives in a mobile app

Use a real phone. App-only prices, listings, bookings and accounts are the usual reasons.

03

The job crosses both

One Axilio phone covers both: its apps and its own browser, signed in, in the same task.

How an agent uses an Axilio phone

Every session can be watched live and replayed afterwards.

3.0Quickstart→
01

Start a session

Start a session on a phone with one call.

02

Observe the screen

Axilio reads the text, icons and layout.

03

Find and act

Find a target by its text or a plain description, then tap, type or swipe.

04

Check and repeat

Check the next screen, repeat, and release the phone when done.
